• The Youth are collecting items for the Hospice House.  Needed items are individual snack items: cereal, grits, oatmeal, crackers, cookies, water, and small cans of fruit.  Please put in a bag and label Youth.
• The Youth are also collecting personal items for the Harbor House.  This is a women's shelter.  Items needed are diapers, wipes, combs, brushes, toothbrushes, toothpaster, soap, deodorant, etc.
• The Youth would like to continue to mission in the community and to our church family.  Please contact Karen for any work or errands that the youth can help you with.  This is strictly mission--NO PAY please. 
• Heart of Carolina Chrysalis--Chrysalis interest is increasing in our congregation's youth.  Any youth interested in taking the flight, or anyone interested in serving on it may contact Greg Kornegay, Evelyn Aranda, the Harrisons or the Pattons for information.  Our recent Caterpillars to Butterflies were Savanna Barefoot, Jenna, Hinman, James Johnson and Emily Raynor-ask them about their experience.
• Youth can volunteer to help with the Miracle League--Anyone can volunteer on any given date.  Wear your buddy shirt if you already have one.  If not, they will give you one.  Call Karen if interested.  Dates for October are:

                                            Thursday, October 13    7:00 pm                  Saturday, October 15    9:00 am

                                            Saturday, October 22     9:00 am                 Saturday, October 29     9:00 am
